Schedule

February 8 – 11 – Registration
Everyone who would like to participate must register the character they wish to use in the Registration Topic.

February 12 – Team Assignment
Everyone who registered will be placed into teams randomly.
Team assignments will be revealed on the day of the match, if it turns out unevenly a random player will be chosen from a late registration list.

February 13 – Game Day
17:50
All registered (early or late) must be ready and online.

18:10
Teams will be announced the recalled
Exceptions will not be given! If early registered people are not online they are transfered to the end of the late registration list.

18:10 – 18:15
This is the time for teams to plan tactics etc.

18:15
Tournament begins, it will be Bracket Styled

In addition, the War of Emperium: Second Edition for this week/day will be disabled for one whole week until the next WoE:SE. Good luck to everyone participating!

Among the many submissions were excellent works that showed a person’s artistic ability.

The Loading Screens will be featured in game after the best is voted upon by the community. Do note that voting ends after January second’s War of Emperium. After voting is closed, winners of both events are allowed to collect their prizes from GM Arunshin.

Just a reminder to what the prizes were:

Loading Screen Event

  • A Headgear of Choice with limitations for the one voted the best.
  • 5 Old Card Albums or 5 Bubble Gums to each entry chosen as one the best ten.

Create an Emblem Event

  • A Headgear of Choice with limitations for the one chosen by the Game Master’s as the best.
  • 3 Old Card Album or 3 Bubble Gum to each entry chosen as one the best five

The server, control panel, and the Frozen Glade: Atelier patch will officially be online Saturday, November 7th 2009.

The Beta Testing Phase will last for a minimum  7 days to allow for correction on any problems that users might encounter and to see if there is anything that needs to be adjusted prior to official launch. Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee that everything or anything will be transferred from this period to the official launch because of certain outcomes and events that might occur during the testing period.

While at it, we would also like to invite everyone to join the Forums and discuss any concerns or suggestions that you might have. We also would like to encourage everyone to inform anyone they know about Frozen Glade: Atelier and to invite them to join us as we enter a new adventure.

Lastly, we would also like to urge everyone to start voting as a voting reward system, unlike most voting reward systems out there, will be introduced in the next month. We are sure that everyone will like the system that we will introduce, so keep a look out for that.

We hope to see you Saturday, November 7th 2009, when the status turn green.
